Canadian Currency Now Accepted!

FINALLY! I thought the day would never come!

This has been an issue with Google Adwords and Facebook for a long time – although different for the two of them. In Google Adwords, if you set up a PPC account and didn’t change the currency right away, you were hooped! The default is always US currency and once you set it up, there is no way to change it.

Then Facebook came along with PPC advertising. Again, the Canadian advertisers were forced to pay in US funds – this time there really was no choice at all!

This morning I was setting up a client’s account on Facebook and I noticed a nice little drop down menu where you can select which currency you would like to pay in!! Woohoo!

Finally, Canadian clients will be paying in Canadian dollars and US clients are paying in US dollars!

Now, was that really that difficult that it took 2 years to get it done? I think not. If I ever find a contact email for a Customer Support person at Facebook, I will thank them for it. For now, I will just enjoy it!

I have been investing for about 2 years to date and I am constantly watching for helpful websites and articles. This one truly hits a note with me and I’m considering reproducing it on my own site. Will you give me your approval?

I have read a bunch of stuff about trading in ebooks and posts and the bulk of it is clearly contradictory. It’s so tricky to identify quality information that’s based on actual truth and not simply any old guy’s opinion.
